you should have laugh FIR against your husband at nearest police station in various sections of IPC like 406' 498A and u also file a application at nearest court for mentince under section 125 cr PC and also file application of domestic violence against your husband..

Q: Divorce from Husband and alumani for children.

My sister live seprate from 2019 to till.she want divorce and alumani for child but Husband earn nothing and live in his Father house. His Father in Govt. Police job.They did not care child properly and they abusing him too.The child was live with his Nani home from 2019 to March 2023. But from 8 months Child live with his father and his age 11approx. if your sister living separate from 2019 then you should be able to file a application at district court for divorce and also file application for mentince and laudge FIR in nearest police station against your husband and father in law...
