My father is not giving me and my mom any money. Not even for my studies, daily needs etc. So what i can do in this matter.

File case for maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C through your mother if you are minor and you're mother can also claim maintenance from him separately you're mother can also file maintenance under domestic violence act

Q: I gave surety for a unknown person will I be liable

Sorry for my mistake.I did beacuse of little knowledge was 20 years old. A party was going on and a known of me was picked up by police and in the police station we reached to look what the matter is and bcoz of lack of legal knowledge i gave surety of a person who was not much known to me. Someone made complaint against them and case was filed.Now, can anyone tell They verbally say case is over section354 was imposed.The girl gave in written that false complaint has been given.But they have not shown me any judgement. 1.If the case is over can anyone tell what is the role/Liability of surety in future.Will the same surety be considered in any other offence he commits. Any other liabilty of surety giver. 2.If the case is really not over than i as a surety what is my role and what can court ask me to do? as surety given for person is not known to me i only have his fb id and ph no. He is not replying me. I want to go to abroad for study&job can i go or there can be any restriction?

If the case is over than nothing to worry and if case is pending than take the accused with yourself where you became his surity and withdraw the same,you must also confirm first weather cas was registered or not

Q: Consequences of having sexual relation with married women

Friend made sexual relation with girlfriend who is married with another man. Her husband became to know about this. One month passed to this. What will be the highest time frame they can press charges and what are other consequences will be. Pls advise.

Every law depends upon the facts of each case weather it was a consent sexual relation or under any duress it can only be seen after knowing the facts and there about limitation of such offence it can only be deceided after meeting the party

Q: How can i file for the custody of my children

My son is 5.5 years old and daughter 1 month. I have been living separately from my husband at my mother's house with my son since my 6th month of pregnancy with second child who is now 1 month old. My mother helped me during my difficult pregnancy and thereafter with physical support since last 5 months. My husband visits my kids once a week or twice as he is running a small business where he keeps busy. The constant agony for the last 5 months wherein my husband fought with me created huge stress for me during my pregnancy and thereafter, thus affecting my health. My basic and peaceful demand was to raise up our children in a better environment and so shift another place locally but my husband constantly doubts my intentions thinking that i am trying to separate him from his parents, which makes me doubt the sanctity of our relationship any longer. I am worried for the custody of my son who is willing to live with me only and too attached. I dont intend remarriage

When you are already living with your son their is no need to file a case for custody as you are alredy in his custody and secondly no one can deny visitation rights to natural father except under exceptional circumstances which are not in your case.
