Q: Can bank make an objection for concealing marital status

Sir, I am in a govt bank since 6 years, and i did marriage in arya samaj 5 years ago secretly from family as family wasnt ready. I could not disclose the same in my bank because of the same reason. Now recently our families finally agreed and we got married with all rituals/function etc. Now i want to apply the same 5 year old marriage certificate in bank as my marital status, can the bank make an objection for concealing marital status for 5 years ? Plz provide solution

Madam please you, use to right to information act, so you can filled a form no. 5 in this act and attached 10 Rs. IPo with this form and fill careful and sent to reg. post to Director, Binani cement PVt. limited and you write in this form that my husband work as a engineer in your company and you say me how many you pay and salary monthly

A person who marry a woman. then they both live as a husband wife and they make sexual relation to each other, the husband is liable to pay the monthly maintenance to his wire but the wire live in adultery she can not right the maintenance

Q: What to do if one spouse is not ready for divorce

Sir, my marriage is a forcely marriage. My family does engaged me with my brother's small sister-in-low. But i love someone else and i wanted to end my engagement. But my family forced me n thay afraid me by riti-rivaj n any other social issues. So i cant do anything. But i loved some one else. Now i want to leave with her. I married in 5th feb. 2017. But my family does not support me for this and my wife also didn't want to leave me. She also frustrated or irritated by me. But only for her sister, her father's respect and other social issues she didn't want divorce. But our life is ruined. We are not able to live together more. She also said me that she wanted to leave me but can't because of her sister and her father's respect n other social issues. Plzzz suggest me. Whats i do?

If your marriage is a forcefully marriage and you not want and love to each other and your can not live as a husband and wife in a house, and you are both want to divorce his marry you can file a divorce application in court.

Q: What can I do in case of verbal misbehave by family members

I were suffering from verbal misbehave by my brother in law against which I have filed a complaint in Mahila Suraksha Aayog kota and they resolved my problem. But now I am afraid that my brother in law would take any unfair action against me as false complaints etc. Kindly suggest any course of action

If you think now your and afraid your brother in law would take any unfair action against you as false complaints, please you should file a complaints in such probable fact, before the police station and any others so remedy are in law
