Q: Mother's right over my father's property after his death

Religion - Hindu This question is regarding my mother. She separated from my father who is now deceased. Is my mother entitled to the share of property which my father would have got ? I also want to mention that they were never divorced.

Q: Procedure for service of NBW in case of the property matter

Hand-summons served PERSONALLY by petitioner ( along with a police man in Delhi, as property situated there, but NO service report handed over by Delhi Police ). If, NBW is issued, who & how it is served to accused.

NBW issued then it is duty of jurisdictional police to arrest and produce them in court ,in all case NBW procedures are same ..

it is police duty to file the report of serving the hand summons if they have not filed then ask your lawyer to question it before the strategist and demand the police report in court NBW it is duty of the police to arrest and produce them before court.ask your lawyer to perform in court be fore magistrate

Q: Requirement to go to police station after expiry of 90 days

Namaste everyone, A person had filed a section 420 on us. Police filed a FIR and we got a anticipatory bail. Police informed us that we have to come to the station on 15th and 30th of every month and put a signature. I have read that Investigation officer has 90 days to investigate and submit the evidence to court or file a B-report. Our 90 days of signature is over, my question is do we still need to go to the station for signing or wait for the court send us a notice or should we go with a lawyer and ask what is the status of the case? On a side note: They have claimed 6 times of the amount we are supposed to give and don't have any evidence to back their claims.

Q: Dowry and bigamy case against husband living abroad

High court granted anticipatory bail against my spouse on dowry harassment case, for further investigation. Case has been transferred to his native. Since he’s working out of country, no progress could be made. Case is pending for 3 years. However the high court told to submit investigation results within 3 months. Is this legal to pend the case for so long? I have proof for desertion, dowry harassment and his second marriage to another women without getting legal divorce from me. What are my options to get quick justice?
