Q: Need a suggestion how to proceed further.

Hi sir, I am Hindu, 31 year old female. I am married 5 years ago. My husband is having extra marital affair before my marriage, but I don't know before marriage and I came to know this after 2 months. But he is saying that he just speaks with the girl and has no physical relationship. I said not to talk or contact her from then and he said he will not talk again. But secretly speaking to that girl. He is addicted to alcohol before marriage itself but I don't know till I married to him. He not even cares me and he doesn't give a single rupee in the home to manage things. I said so many times to change his behaviour and not to talk with her but he says that he will not do again and he repeats it again. I have no children. I had 2 miscarriages. I am not able to tolerate this. Actually he is my relative, he said he loved me and talked to my parents and married me. Now he says that he likes me. But he never care me. I no able to understand how to deal with this situation. Please help me.

Advocate Geeta Tirandasu answered
I think there is some miscommunication between both of u. If u really don't wish to stay with him, openly say to him, check his response, if he also agreed to dissolve ur marriage ten take mutual divorce from court. if don't wish that, tell what u r expecting from him in front of both side elders. try to solve the issue amicably. take steps for peaceful life n be Happy.

Q: Potential Threat from Ex-Boyfriend

I was in long distance relationship for 5 months. He cheated on me & married to other girl. I moved on. After 6 months, I'm getting texts & calls from him.1st time, he called to ask how i'm doing. I gave him a warning not to call me again as he cheated on me & i suffered a lot. 2nd, He texted asking for secret virtual relationship. I told NO & blocked him. 3rd, he texted again saying, he is not a cheater & if he was, he could have blackmailed me showing my photos & old chats. The 3rd message was in the tone of threatening, as he mentioned he still have all these photos & chats. I'm worrying about the next message. I decided not to reply him for 3rd time. What might be his next step & what can i do. Please help.
