Q: pathway for agriculture purpose

i have path way from past 30 years from neighbour land .Then neighbour denied the pathway to me for and he said that land belongs to him.He has sale deed for his property. i have no documents for that pathway.he particularly denied the way for me. how to resove it?

Q: no increment in salary from date of joining

im working in a company from 2017 till now there is no any increment how can proceed with legal action against company

you can take action against company for not giving agreement from 2017 reply employer agreement you are eligible for early increment best only performance the company not paying the increment is again still you have right to CD company for the increment and other benefits if an opportunity given to me I can see the company for the increment and other benefits

Q: Getting certified copies after the case is dismissed.

Q: Illegal Termination of an employee by the employer.

Hi,The case is : An employee got terminated illegally by the employer. He/she then approaches the labour commissioner and sends the representation letter to employer, but the employer contempts it and do not attend the meeting. In such case, can an employee have the right to file a suit in Civil Court instead of going for labour court?Thank you.K Penta Chary
