Hello sirnWe are a joint family of 3 families, we have our own. Individual earnings but we stay at our ancestors house till today. Q: My husband his mother and his brother harrasing me

my husband hit me when his mother and brother say something false about me. He believe them and started hitting me and I am staying silent thinking for my parents reputation. But now after my child birth they don’t care about me. May parents brought me to my parental house before 7 month after 4 month of child birth I m ready to go to my in laws house but my husband his mother and brother saying bad things to me through call and now his brother is texting me bad thing and threaten me about legal activity they will do and they r mentally harrasing me and saying that I killed my first child by hitting myself and hit his brother and mother also. But I never did that in fact in my first pregnancy my husband hitting me by support of his mother . How can I ensure that I will not be liable for any accident or dispute arising from the vehicle which I have already sold, but couldn't transfer the ownership due to RTO problem?
