Hello sirnWe are a joint family of 3 families, we have our own. Individual earnings but we stay at our ancestors house till today. Day to day small fights happens in 1 of the family of our joint family. Q: My husband his mother and his brother harrasing me
my husband hit me when his mother and brother say something false about me. He believe them and started hitting me and I am staying silent thinking for my parents reputation. But now after my child birth they don’t care about me. May parents brought me to my parental house before 7 month after 4 month of child birth I m ready to go to my in laws house but my husband his mother and brother saying bad things to me through call and now his brother is texting me bad thing and threaten me about legal activity they will do and they r mentally harrasing me and saying that I killed my first child by hitting myself and hit his brother and mother also. But I never did that in fact in my first pregnancy my husband hitting me by support of his mother . Please suggest me what to do for case filling can I file anything against them they are texting me saying bad things threatening me about legal procedure and they threaten me to accuse me in false thing.

Q: Family disturbances with husband and in-laws
We belong to Hindu family and married for 2+ years and having a girl of 1+ years. I am govt employee and he is private company employee staying so far from me. Q: No response from RTO regarding my vehicle ownership transfer
I want to transfer my vehicle ownership and I have paid the fees online in Parivahan Government of India official web application. But due to a bug in their application I'm unable to submit my documents online. There is no help from RTO. How can I ensure that I will not be liable for any accident or dispute arising from the vehicle which I have already sold, but couldn't transfer the ownership due to RTO problem?

approach the high court for which disposal of the transfer. application. As you are not consumer of RTO consumer dispute is not maintainable against the RTO . Vicariously you are responsible for any accident by your vehicle as you are still the owner of the said vehicle in the record of RTO
