Q: Unauthorized construction on my agricultural land

A Colonizer and nearby landholders has made an unauthorized road from my agriculture road. These colonizer in connection with R.I and Patwari put traces into my revenue land record for which i put a case on them in the civil court but unfortunately the case got repealed and rejected though the case held in front of tehsildar is into my favour and the biggest problem is that at present they are making road of 10 feet but after this case the magistrate put 25 feet road into his order based on my registry in which the seller offered the road to the buyer and not a public road. Please suggest me the ways and any best lawyer in Indore for this work.

You put up your all documents of revenue record and you can go to civil court for the stay order for the dispute land. Civil court have right for hearing the your matter. So don't be delay for it

Q: My cheque bounced but I made cash payment. Police is calling me now.

Dear sir, I given a cheq in 2015 to someone as a security, and I paid amount in cash but the person present the cheque and it goes bounced. I already made stop payment to that cheque before bounce. Now there is no case was filied by that person in last 2 yrs but since last 5 days a Policer Officer calling me that visit the police station else we will make FIR against you. Also the interesting thing is cheque is bounced in another district. Is that possible after 2 yrs they can make the FIR?? Should I Go or not??

Sir Please go to superior police officer and told him it whole story orally and written too. Don't be afraid. Those person are wanting to get money forcefully so they are doing this act. Thanks

Dear madam If you are beaten up, threatened or harassed in your home by a person with whom you reside in the same house, then you are facing domestic violence. The protection of women from domestic violence act, 2005, gives you the right to claim protection and assistance against domestic violence. You can present an application of section 12 to magistrate seeking one or more reliefs under this act. If u has need my help u can contact to me.

Q: Wrongful confinement by police, please advise what can be done

My friend arrest in 151 and more than 24 hrs passes now .wrongfully police arrest for asking question to collector about progress of swatch bharat abhiyan . What to do now Please help

Dear sir File a writ petition for Your fundamental rights in the high court.. Give explanations about wrongfully arresting by police. This is no offence that asking a question to collector.

Q: How to file a case for cheque bounce if no proof of payment

Cheque issued by person but only signed .date and amount is not mentioned and no other proof of the given money. then what to do.can I file the case of cheque bounce

Dear sir/madam Fill the amount & date in the cheque after that You present ur cheque in your Bank .after bouncing you send a notice of demand of money to that person at his right address. After that u can file a suit If he ignore your notice. Thanks
