Q: I want divorce but what to do if wife has proof of infidelity

I want divorce from my wife but she is not ready for mutual consent. I have a son too. I have her call recordings where she talks to baba to do kala jadu on me and also she has had sex outside marriage. But i have also gone with a girl to a hotel last year and payment details will reflect in my credit card. Can her lawyer take out the details from credit card even if i block it and will hotel give him all details? Can they check my call records of a postpaid number which is now prepaid? Can they check whatsapp conversation? Also, what if they get to know about my hotel stay and adultery? What case can they file against me? Will court grant me divorce or not?

You can file the case or contest. all above said record come in evidence. As per the hotel policy they never tell to anyone about your personal details. The court can grant the divorce decree. You don't worry , file the case and contest strongly.

After, One month, You can file the divorce petition before the court as per the Court jurisdiction. You can get divorce decree from the court. You will have to contest the case if she appear before the court otherwise you can get ex-parte decree from the court.

Q: Consequences of giving entrance exams using fake ID

I have given entrance exam for other person and fir has been lodged against me. Could i get all certificates from my institution and clearance for my degree.

Its not illegal to buy or own a fake ID, it is only illegal if you use one to do something which you ... Usually though, bouncers just take it off you and give it to the police. Using a fake ID can lead to serious legal consequences. While it may be tempting to use a fake ID for acts that seem “innocent” or “victim less”

Q: Uncle adopted me when i was born but denied rights in property

My chacha has adopted me when I was born I am the only child in their family now after 40 year of my age, my father(chacha) refused my right from his property.. In this case how I can get my rights

Adopted children have the same rights as natural children and the same claims on ... property will apply to that child just as they would apply to natural children. You can file the case before the court.

Q: How to get divorce and claim maintenance from husband

See I am from lower middle class family and not much money for spending on divorce case of my sister.you must have idea about social pressure that middle class families have about these sensitive topics. So here is the situation my sister got married in june 2014 and when started living with him , in initial days everything was fine and the she notice her husband is giving so much time over phone and delete number after talking. She opposed it and asked and he never replied. Also after that what he said to his family they started making issues on trivial things . He left my sister at out home in october 15 and never took her back. Since my father is very orthodox and he is saying that girl has to be down to boys and should compromise on some terms . her husband is earns around 25k a month and is has some land in UP.

You will have to file the petition before the Honb'le Court as per the jurisdiction under section 13 (1) Hindu Marriage Act and for maintenance under section 125 Crpc. Husband is bound to give maintenance to separated wife, says Supreme Court.
