I have a 2.5 kattah land and a structure house which I want to sell. I do not have blro mutation rest all documents are available. Can I sell my property in West bengal

Yes. You are able to sell your property without BL&LRO mutation but it is necessary that your property is a good marketable title and also Parcha in the name of your previous owner or owners. If you have possess those papers then you can sell your property. Thank you.

Q: Claim on Father in law's property

My aunt(Father's sister) died two months ago. Our property is in my grandfather's name but mutated in name of my father and my aunt. Now aunt died also she don't have any child. Can my aunt's Husband claim her wife's share of ancestral property ?

Yes. he can. according to Hindu Succession Act He is the legal heirs as well as successors of the property, left by your aunt. But after the demise of the husband of your aunt your father became the absolute owner. thanks.

Q: Wrong document number written by Sub registrar office in West Bengal

Hi I have registered a flat in West Bengal . Howver after getting certified copy(scanned one ) I see that initially wrong deed number(last 4 digits ) was written. on top of the page Later on Correct deed number is written adjacent to it and wrong deed number was striked through through clearly visible .In future would there by any problem in reselling the property . This property is on a bank loan .

No. There will be no problem at all. Kindly go to the last page of the deed. In the the last page you must see a printed seal, containing deed number, volume number, page numbers, date of registration and also contained the digital signature of the registrar. This is your original deed number and you can also check it to the government portal. Thanks

Q: casse against my own uncle and his wife for torturing my ggrandmother

plz suggest me how do I save my grandmother for being torturing by her own younger son and his wife and also thorow out the property's and house by legally.

Please describe briefly. Your description is not enough. First of all, file a maintenance case against your uncle for non providing of fooding and lodging of your grandmother. Then submit a written complain before local police station as well as SDO/DM. THANKS

My girl friend ( complainant) want to withdraw FIR against me false promise of marriage under section 417/376/502.can she withdraw or not? How she can do ? Pls suggest me...

No. She can't withdraw the same, as it's a non-compoundable offence. If she is really do so, then she get the opportunity at the time of evidence stage. otherwise there are no such provisions except quashing the FIR before the HONBLE high court.
