Q: What is the process of resignation before the completion of contract

I signed a paper which is attached to my offer letter stating that 2yrs agreement to work in the company. I am not comfortable working here so i contacted management to relieve me from this job during my 5th month but they didnt allowed and asked me to pay salary for remaining months. its an year i am still waiting to leave my job very frustrating here. please help me how to get relieved from my current job.

Dear Querist, no employed can bind you into employment for any duration of time. Even if a penalty bond has been provided for in the contract, the company would have to show that it has spent the amounts on you for your training etc. You could give one month's notice and resign. Q: Is there any legal way to stop grandmother from selling the land?

Hi, The land where we live now is in the name of my Grandmother. My father were six brothers and 1 sister. My grandfather has expired. My father and his elder brother have also expired leaving my grandmother, her four sons and I daughter. The house where we live at present is build on the same land and my father has also build the toilets. Now my grandmother wants to sell the land but I do not want to lose my family home. Is there any legal way to stop her from selling the land?

A newspaper editor is displaying various articles in his newspaper. Which is giving me mental torture. He displays those articles regularly. I have not even spoke to him yet nor taken any legal step. If any legal step to be taken against him. What shall i take? Please help. Thanks in advance
