Q: Does divorce statement create an issue while applying for govt jobs

My husband filed a case of divorce in family court. Family court didn't grant divorce. He appealed in high court. High court granted divorce saying they are nullifying family court order. They didn't write a statement divorce granted. I am appearing for govt. exam where upper age limit is relaxed due to divorce. But due to not having clear statement I am afraid that it can create issue. What should I do?

Marriage in india since 4 month Initially I objected this fought very much but my family emotionally me by that my father will die and all. Now i unable to have sex with my wife as i dont have that feeling for her i am emotionally connected to my 6 year old love. I also didn't yet register my marriage will i get benefit of this? You are already married and you say that you are emotionally connected your 6 year old love so you marry your love.Firstly you divorce your wife then you marry another. If you marry your old love without divorce your wife you are accused in section 494 ipc . So firstly you divorce your wife then marry ya another think any other girl ya your old love
