U may settle ur dispute outside the court subject to its result be communicated to the court concerned. u may also settle ur case in lok adalat which will be more effective and binding to both the parties and cannot be challenged in future.

Yes your case is fit for divorce and u may file for it on the ground of cruelty and adultry but u have to prove the same with medical evidence. So far as the birth of child is concerned u have to prove it in the court through medical tests. So far as the life threat calls are concerned u may take shelter of police.

So far as the law of maintenance is concerned it is the duty of the husband to maintain his wife and children. It can not be a ground that a person is unable to pay maintenance to his wife. In ur case u may be sent to jail, the period of detention depends on the arrear of maintenance.

We filled up marriage registration form on jan 25,2017.now the boy is not replying anythng abt da final marriage .should we cancel the form that we filled?if yes then wat is da procedure for cancellation of form?we both belong to the christain community.

your form for registration of marriage will automatically elapsed after ninety days from 25/01/2017 i.e., the date of notice of intending marriage and therefore there is no need to do anything more on your part.

Husband of 1 sister was not reporting to court in 3 dates (498), my lawyer told that in next date will get arrest warrant, but he took stay from ranchi high court. what to do in this situation.

U appear in high court and try to vacate the order of the Hon'ble high court as because in lower court proceeding will not proceed further. U contact a lawyer for that purpose. If u r aggrieved by the order of high court u may move to Hon'ble supreme Court.
