Q: Aadhar pan wsap pic misused by criminals in cheating money

Aadhar pan wsap pic misused by criminals in opening wallet account and cheating money, mobile number nd email id in that wallet is not mine. I am held by police as accused. I have never used that wallet in my life. How can I defend this?

Q: False dowery and physically hurting case by wife

Wife is from another state Tamil Nadu but my resident state is Maharashtra .my wife leave my home and threatened me to file false case of dowery and physically hurting .can she file case in Tamil Nadu and can tamil Nadu police can take action on me because my resident and birthplace is Maharashtra. can tamil Nadu can file any Case . because whole story happen in Maharashtra'

Hi it is very much possible that she can file case in Tamil Nadu because currently she is staying there. Yes police there can file case on behalf of her and case can be registered against you. In one of our recent matter girl filed case from U.P. while every incident happened in Mumbai and the boy is troubled here and have to visit there in court. there is absolutely remedy available if proper steps taken immediately by the boy side as well.

Q: Senior citizen harassment - family dispute

Hello,I am 26 year old unmarried girl.My brother recently got married. Now his wife is harassing my mom and dad. We have recordings as a proof. My brother is also along with his wife. My both parents crossed age of 65 now. My father is the owner of the house where we are currently living. We asked my brother and his wife to live separately but they are not ready to move out. Kindly help me with this situation.

Q: Blackmailing,stalking, harassement

A lawyer under the pretext of heping me in a divorce case has taken advantage of me physicaly, now torturing mentally and now even stalking my daughter also n threatening me of allegating false cases on me now.please help n advise....thankyou.

If this is true then it is not good as per the case of law. Intention of any lawyer should be to help a person and not to take advantage. I am not sure about the complete scenario so difficult to really comment on it. would like to know the complete story before we come to any conclusion.

Q: International Divorce Matter - Need Suggestion

My sister got married in India on Jan 2019 and after that moved to Texas ( US) along with her husband on dependent Visa . Now her husband filed a divorce petition in US ( Texas) on Dec 2019 against her and stated that he will get divorce in US after 60 Days as per Texas law whether she agree or disagree . She submitted response to the Texas court that she doesn't want divorce in Texas and will fight in India , So Could you please suggest how we can stop this divorce and file a case against him in India ?If in case he get divorce in US after 60 days whether this will be applicable in India ?
