Ji ha session court main bail ho jayega, aap sinta mat Karo kyou Ki session court hi iss mamla mein bail de sakta, agar Aap ka savi documents Thik he, aur police ka jo CD report he iss pe aapka dad ka koi bura report nahi aaye to Aap jarur bail milega, ye bail to session court me hi milega.

I am a hindu girl.. I was in a relationship . He promised to marry me but secretly got married in bihar to another girl on 1 st aug, 2018..i regisrerd an fir here.. But now i want to withdraw the fir?

Go to the police station where you filed the FIR and police officer may help you regarding this. Once FIR registered can't withdraw directly, its have procedure to withdraw, go there and asked the authority whether it can be withdraw at their authority, otherwise you have to go through the court...

Q: Criteria for NCL OBC certificate

My parents are working under State Govt. of Assam. My father has obtained Grade B post after 40 years of his age and my mother is in Grade C post. The total income of my parents is approx 12.5 lakhs. Will I fall under Cream layer or Non-Creamy layer category??

Non creamy layer attempt up-to 8 lacs,even there should not be any govt employees to cover the certificate in the family member...You may go to the DC Office and consult with The issuing authority And go through their requisition.

Q: Personal Loan Default and Time Barred matter.

I have a question in regards to my friend personal loan taken from a nationlised bank, He lost his job and cannot pay the EMI. He received a notice from Lok Adalat as pre-litigation notice recently. But he does not acknowledge it in any form. The loan details is: Loan Amt : Rs 2,00,000.00 Date of sanctioned :21.07.2014 NPA date:30.06.2017 Last credit to loan account on 13.10.2015 Since as per the last credit date, the loan seems to be time barred as of now as 3 years had already passed. Is it so? If so, what step can he take? He also wanted to settle amicably but does not have the cash as of now and cannot even regularised the loan account. What are your expert suggestion to his situation

If he is interested to settle the case amicably then he may response the Lok adalot, Adalat may provide time to return the loan ,may direct him not to to pay at a time, he may be given time to pay step by step... First you have go and listen What the Adalat direct him.

Q: My sister is being tortured severely by her husband

My sister has been married for 20+ yrs with 2 female children (19 yrs & 17 yrs), elder daughter who is physically/mentally challenged is a graduate and the younger one is studying in 12th final year. Since past 10+ yrs, my sister is being tortured to the extreme extent by her husband who is a govt employee. Kindly help/guide us with the options left with us.

What you are doing since ten yrs,,,,,? See, it's not difficult to go through a court to get relief the matter but you have to prove it before the court that her husband frequently harassed her in a brutal manner, More over if you cry for the justice a relationship since 20 yrs may be terminated forever, so think twice before cry for justice, and have discuss among the family, if not solve the problem then you may file FIR against her husband in nearest police station, or may file for dissolution of marriage before the district judge.
