Q: Can I challenge CRPC 188 Section 418 and 420.

Hello, Have an outstanding loan with a bank from the UAE since 5 years now. The bank in question has approached the local police station where I reside and threatened me with CRPC 188 and IPC Section 418 and 420. - Who is the competent authority for approval of sanction prior to police investigation? - How long does this CRPC 188 process take? - How do I challenge the sanction? Please advise specifically.

Hi. In the code no specific time limit is mentioned. Time limit is no the gist. 1st u have to fight the 188crpc in the same court with the help of best advocate. If the order is against u than you can file revision

Q: Can a bail granted be cancelled ? Please suggest the procedure.

One travel agent have given us fake air ticket and hotel booking.he is out on bail. How can I cancel his bail since he is not attending any hearing.

U can cancel his bail. U have to make application to concern court stating that he is on bail not not following the bail conditions i.e. attending court on every date. Because of that u are suffering .

Q: Can hostel students be forced to eat in their mess, please advise

I live in a hostel situated in mumbai. The hostel charges fees for accommodation and for the mess every moth seperately which is not included in hostel fees. Students who even dont want to eat in mess are said that if you want to live in hostel you pay the mess bill our leave the hostel. Amd if the students try to talk with the trustees they are not ready talk with students.What legal action can be taken?

No one is compel u. You can reach to commissioner of bombay public trust and make complaint to him. That the hostel is run by trust and compelling u to pay for mess. charges fees for accommodation and for the mess every moth seperately which is not included in hostel fees. Try to obtain more signature of others.

Q: I want settlement but police not cancelling the FIR, what can be done

Greeting of the day Ive been smashed by rickshaw on 1st jan 2017 and today 27th jan 2017 have lodge an F.I.R on 1st itself so the person been accused and came out on the 4 jan 2017 on bail he dosent have any insurance and insurance settelment person back off and his Rickshaw been released from the police station i asked the police man who was handeling the case for the settelment but he denied and was crosquestioning me why you complained against him if you wanted settelment Soo would be needing assistance regarding incident

Have u copy of the f.i.r.?if yes than u can file a complaint in concerned court to cancellation to order to realize the auto.. or u can make complaint to superintendent of police regarding the behavior of policeman..

Q: Not able to pay the compensation amount awarded by high court, advise

Dear sir,my father took blank land lease on ten years agreement in 1945.they are paid rent yearly regular.my father is expired in 1987 respondent notice issued to me 1988 as per pending rent amount.I am answered that notice but respondent not response that time.he is directly civil suit submitte 1991.am puting minor application is in how many year pending rent & total pending amount.court order as on appliction totaly 20 years.(from 1972 to 1992)per year 600/- total amunt 12000.from that time am regularly am paid yearly 600/- is in court register office.so civil suit is my oppose order in 2015.am civil writ petition submitte in mumbai high court.it is reached on board and decided 20000/-per month only compention amount.I am paid regular but now two months not paid that amount becauce currency problem. please say what is problem creat in my writ.

It is not that big .u have to made one application saying that due to demonization of currency u were not able to pay the amount now u r ready to pay the whole amount or ready to fix in court. So please allow u r application. And after allowing the application u have to pay it. U r case will not harm after this.
