Q: Sister threatening me with videos of me and my son getting intimate.

I'm in trouble. I am divorced and my age is 44.i have a relationship with my son which is sexual in nature for last 3 years.He is 25. I told this to my sister.She supported it wholeheartedly.I fell pregnant 2 years before and have a baby with my son.She helped me raise the baby by providing emotional support. Foolishly, I Gave her some video clips of my son & me having intercourse because she asked. She had some financial problem and asked me money which I couldn't provide.Now she threaten me with those video clips.She is 45.What can we do? Is such sex a a crime?Can my son and me continue sex?

As such this is not a crime. you can continue with your life, as you like. But you certainly can file a complaint to the police for extortion and blackmail against your sister. The police can charge the accused persons under Section 385 (extortion), of the Indian Penal Code.

Q: Government university denying to provide answersheets

when everything is clear that Its Order of Hon'ble High court to provide answersheet under RTI act -2005 , Instead of that a University Which is Under state Government .opposing to provide information which is totally violation of RTI act -2005 and Hon'ble High court order .

have you filed an appeal to the University. Incase there is complete denial of information i.e. CPIO officer as well as Appellate authority, you may then file a appeal against these orders before 'information commission'.

Q: Professor marked absent even though I was present for internals

one of my professor has given me zero in internals. she marked zero on the ground that i was absent on the days when viva and test was conducted. I was present on both of the days and i requested her many times and even provided many witnesses that i was present. now i have wrote two letter to the principal but there is no progress. she still do not consider the 6 witnesses(students of my class)and stick to her records. I am feeling harassed being calling her and writing letters to principal. under which law i can file a case and juvenile act also applies to college students? any other advice?

you can submit your representation to the various authorities of your university. in case the attempt is in vain, you may refer the matter to the Education minister. Thereafter, you may even file a writ of mandamus before the High Court, for a suitable direction to the authorities of the university.

Q: 16 years old parents not allowing to travel alone

Hey I'm from India my parents don't allow me to go Mumbai tohang out with my frnds they just make me stuck in this house if I go out they force me a lot and disturbe my friends too and there are also some property issues related to me they even beat me alot I just what to go. Out. Which they don't allow me is the is a ligal way to go plzz help me plzz

There is no legal provision until you turn 18. However, if they deny you basic amenities such as education, food, water, shelter, that would be something you can go for. As of now, from the situation, I would say that since they are your natural guardians, you may not be in any legal position to do so. However, in respect of your property issue, you shall need to discuss the same with me in detail as to in which context your property is under issue. Property belonging to minor, the natural guardians are the owners till you attain the age of 18 years.

Q: Took admission in two courses can I face problem in future

By mistake, two regular degrees started at the same time and after passing first year exam one is left and one is continue. So how can make this mistake good for this no problems will occur in future?

No problem as such can take place legally, provided, that no such circular was issued by the university at the time of admisssion. In case no such notification was issued, there is no likelihood of any issue to crop up. Further, if you can make it good enough to pursue both the courses, there is no issue. However, it is made clear that each regular course demands about a particular percentage of attendance to appear in respective regular course, thus, you may like to balance. I add that you may have heard of about Mr. Shrikant Jichkar, who was an Indian politician of the Indian National Congress party. He held numerous academic degrees and is hence well known as "the most qualified person" of India and is noted likewise in Limca Book of Records.
