We are living in our grandfather's self acquired property. My father replaced his name on property papers. Now he wants to sell the property. Can I oppose him and save the property ?

My uncle has filed a suite of partition against my father.Our family property was originally owned by my grandfather.The property as mentioned above was meant to be divided between my father my uncle and my grandmother.However my uncle has been eyeing my grandmother's share of land and is taking away my grandmothers part of land . The land is almost 9 kottah and was owned by my grand father . But my uncle has already done a registration for taking my grand mother's part of land without informing us.Sir,we would like to know that what steps can we take now in order to revoke this partition suit?

Good afternoon. According to our Prime Minister Modi's Speech I am taking initiative to Register my name on line about property matter. To do this how long time would be required ?Because my divorced sister in law will definitely create obstacles and brawl the whole day unnecessarily. Q: Parents not giving me share in the property, what should I do ?

Dear Sir, Im 38yr old,married with a daughter living with my parents in kolkata.I have a sister who is also working but stays in bangalore for the last 8 years.Recently me and my parents have a fight over some silly reason after which my mother is asking us to get out of the house as my father has made the property in her name and she can do anything with it.My father and mother are both alive.Im living with my wife and daughter in this house for 10 yrs.I want to know incase my father dies can my mother make us leave the house?Can i get any portion of the house as im living here since my childhood and also contribute economically to the maintenance and daily expenditures of the house?Please help me.I dont have any intention to stay away from my parents.But incase its a threat to my family i have to make plans accordingly.

it is very unfortunate situation , and rare matter, you may file case under PWDV act against your mother through your wife. or you may consult civil lawyer on ground of law of equity....
