Q: Cheque received by the customer got bounced what to do

Our Customer is holding our payment for Rs 22.5 lacs for one year and on 29th Nov they issued cheque of Rs 10 Lacs and that has bounced 2 times with in sufficient tag. Pls guide what to do. We have all invoices and C-forms issued by customer in record.

Q: Can a file a case against my uncle for illegal possessing of property

In year 1992, my grandfather passed away. After his death the agri land of nine acres belongs to my him came to his wife , Three sons and five daughters. Out of three sons, one is my father. In 1992 one of my uncle, sold the half of agri land by registered sale deed to Mr, X and rest half to Mr. X’s wife (Mrs.Y) saying in each sale deed that half of undivided property selling to Mr. X and half to Mrs. Y. Both the sale deeds has done without taking any consent from rest of eight legal heirs of property. Likewise whole property is sold out. Talathi and circle officer struck of the rest of eight names from property card and endorsed the new owners i.e. Mr. X and Mrs. Y.In May 2016 my father passed away. And in this six months I got all the above documents under RTI, from Tahsil office and from registrar office which clearly showing above facts.Can I file a criminal case against this culprit uncle, is there any limitations in such a case. my priority is to punish the criminal. The chq issuing party has defaulted in the past also by rejecting the chq. I have drafted a Demand Notice to the party which I would like to forward to you for your approval. I am corresponding with the party on behalf of my son who is out of station.

Q: Can siblings claim share in property i bought and gave parents share

Me and my wife bought a flat on a joint loan. As a gesture of family love, i have included my parents name on the share certificate. Can i be the nominee on their share of the property. Do my siblings have a right to claim on the property after my parents.

After my father passed away,my mother was forcibily driven out by youngest brother from her rented house and he has taken over a ongoing residential project owned by mother(plot purchased by her in 1975),he has seized all property and bank documents of mother.She currently staying with me.

If police do not take cognizance of your complaint then you have to lodge a complaint case in court with the help of advocate.
