Q: Can I File Divorce Petition Now!?

I have filed maintenance case,dv case,498 a case against my husband.My husband and his family have received summons long time back... But they have not yet appeared in the court taking benefits of the pandemic situation in Maharashtra.. They belong to other states.. They have not replied to the notice of police yet..Fir also filled on 14/08/2020.. They have not come for mediation at women cell.. How I can hope that matter may resolve in mediation as he had not shown any interest to resolve the issues before any authority...or before any friends and relatives...So please guide me, should I apply for divorce at this stage or should I wait till he appears and file reply in all the cases filed at various courts...!?

madam I read your matter in detail . you have been filed of 498cases also because of covid-19 lot of matters pending with various authorities and court also . therefore adverse order will not b pass against your husband . but there is no bar file case divorce at present hands you can consult with me immediately for filing the divorce case .

Q: Is registered Sale deed mandatory after registered sale agreement

In Mumbai full stamp duty is charged on sale agreement. Will I have to pay full stamp duty again for REGISTERED SALE DEED

friend if you have Bin ped stamp duty at the time of agreement to sale ine lumpsum then there is not need Tu pay stamp duty again at the time of final sale deed , registering the sale deed you can contact with me relaxation in stamp duty at the time of registration Hans please contact with me immediately

Q: How can I transfer electricity bill and house on my name completely

I am living in my father's house since childhood with my children. It's a private property owned by building, we had photopass and I paid rent fees for around 6-7 years. It got cancelled because building owner agreed to pay the rent for all the people in our chawl. My late brother and other siblings wrote a letter on NOC stating they do not have any objection on transfferng the premises in my name on 2003. I stay at mala with children and my sister in law who doesn't even have her name on ration card occupied by the below space of my house when my brother went out to get married and not allowing him to enter the house. Only her son's name on the ration card since 2013 that's it. Can I take legal action to vacant the possession on the basis of NOC. That NOC Is in BMC office since 2003 and I have the Xerox copy with me. It is not notarised or registered.it only has BMC majesty sign and other sibling signature.

after 20 years of marriage and a 16 year old child ,husband has abondoned and declared bankrptcy. He has stopped provideing . i am a housewife and my kid is still studying. He was into family business and now when he had deserted us in laws are also putting hands upmy question iswhere can i go now as he has stopped paying rent?my kids education and overall life is affected especially when the we are living a low life.what ar the otions for meat 47 years it is difficult to find work now, espl with no experince

madam husband had been deserted to you with your kid . looking after you and your kid it's over all responsibility how's your husband but he has not this responsibility with his carelessness neglected to you and your kid . such a kind of in humanity should be punished . you can take action against your husband Har justice . hence please contact with me immediately her father action . we will decide what type of action can be taken against your husband .

Q: Wife eloped with lover. Need to file case against them.

My wife has eloped with lover two nights ago. What cases I can file against her and her lover? I want to impose those cases which shouldn't be dependent upon her statement of admitting that she has eloped on her consent or will. Please help me.
