I would like to inform you that you have to go to the police immediately and file complaint and mentioned in detail about the reason and person and how he can attack on you and who are his associates. There is no other way. If police refused than you can approach to the Court.

As per our law you are free to worship as per your own choice and wish.No one can force you to adopt or worship any particular religion. You can worship any religion as per your own choice even without changing your religion but now point is whether you want to adopt other religion than present one answer is yes you can for that you have to adopt the procedure according to that religion in which you are changing. After which you have to publish it in two news paper one in english and hindi or in your local language if any and the same that you have changed religion and your name is changed from to new one in government gazette notification, than only it will be valid and official change.

Good evening sir I have a question for you sir my elder sister is of 70 years of age and her husband has been expired and my sister son is harassing my sister to go and ask money and if we didn't gave his son a he is asking shares after my father that is 40 years so what to do please advice us in this matter that I can do the case in our city under section 498a.

Good evening.You can file complaint n police station against her son.You cannot file complaint under section 498A IPC at this stage of life and in this situation. You can file Domestic Voilence case and under senior citizens act these are the best solutions.You have no need to give any money to your son. No legal boundation to maintain son.If she had earned money from her Income or husband's income then she has choice to keep him and his family in home or not.

Q: Harassment by ilegal money lender what can I do.

I borrowed sum of 40000INR from a ilegal money lender for a month and as a mortgage he took my iphone 6s plus, he gave me money after deducting 8% intrest per month and at the end of th month when i was not abe to pay the money back he charged intrest and penlty both and asks for 50400INR of total money ,he sold my phone and recovered 28000INR and i paid him 9500 INR , bu still he is demanding more money and harrising me. please help me

You can go to police and file complaint against him about whole incident and show them proof if any.It is important that you have already paid him Rs. 37500. now only 2500 is left pay him that amount if possible create any proof of that, you had already paid him 8% interest so no more interest you have to pay. If in case time has over than you have to pay on 2500 only.

i am sorry to say the language of your question is not correct hence it is difficult to understand what exactly you want to know, still what i have understood am replying on that basis.What I have understood that you have created a app by using renowned TV channel name and its screen shots. Now the channel had sent you a legal notice demanding to remove the app immediately alongwith apology and compensation.I will advice you to remove your app immediately and all links to that.and reply them properly through an expert advocate who can explain them about your app that its use has not violated the copyright and trademark of their.
