Q: 498-A, 304-B against my whole family

My wife committed suicide at her parenatal house in July month, in-laws file a false FIR against my whole family, it's been 4 months now but police has not visited our house so far and we have given our side story to IO, even we got to know that PM report mentioned strangulation, please suggest.

first you go and apply for arrest stay or anticipatory bail then after you take further steps. do you have any issue?? any previous Complaint or any FIR regarding domestic violence or for demand of dowry cases?? and for further information call mewhich city incident took place???

Q: Regarding effect of name in fir .after removing name in charge sheet.

Sir/mamSome people filed FIR on me and 2 others.After few days they are convinced by known people that I am student and they given letter to si.so SI removed name in charge sheet.will it effect my studies.and govt job

no not at all. you were named in fir but now final report has been submitted in favour of you. you were not chargesheeted. so don't worry about it. you are not accused in that case but when trail starts and in case informant of the case moved an application under section 319 cr. p. c. then in that case by the order of the court you will also face the trail. so be sure that in future informant will not move any application against you. and last but not least please be careful that you are a student and this type of gesture of yours will affect you carrier in future in case when you proved guilty. all the best for future. in any case of trouble you can contact.

Q: How can a bail be cancelled

if any criminal having zamanat from court and started abusing and warnings then how can we cancel their zamanat.

Move a cancellation of bail before court against the party who enlarged on bail .and in application mentioned it that the party who enlarged on bail has tempering the evidence and witnesses of the case. By the way the bail granted by which court and on which sections?? ?If the matter is of Allahabad high court then you can contact.

Q: Are sections 379 and 411 bailable

A mentally ill man has been acussed of section 379 and 411. Can he get bail? If yes, on what basis? What else can be done in this case?

Yes he can file bail application. As per your statement he is mentally ill so file medical papers of him by certified government doctor which will be a great step for his bail. So if you want to release him on bail try. From which state this case has. And if you want any other quarry meet me.

I am working in government sector I am halping a lady who was already married and they have two girl child. Her husband treat like a animal. He was beat a lady in evening and after beat he will force wiled sex. Lady need help how can I help lady. If i am helping a lady her husband take any action against me . How can I help her

First the lady should lodge an fir again her husband for domestic violence.And trying to mediate them if mediation fail or not possible then diverse him and file a suit fit maintanance for her and her children.After divorce if she wants to marry with you then marry her.God bless you.
