We filed a suit against a common property share. After 3 years this is the judgment note provided. What is the meaning of this as a plaintiff we won the case or not? Judgement pronounced.( Vide Separate) In the result, the suit stands dismissed. No costs.

The suit got dismissed means your prayer you sought along with the suit from the court doesn't not effects. Now you have to approach the superior court by Challenging the lower court went wrong in giving the judgement.



Q: What to do if tenant is not vacating the shop after agreement is over

Dear sir, I have two own shops. I just given lease to someone at that time we make an agreement for 3 years. After that we didn't not make any agreement. But now he is not ready to vacate. so, what i have to do

First of all you need to send a legal notice to evict the premise as there is no further agreement to said enter between the tenent and the owner of the shop. And there after you need to file a suit for eviction by stating that the said premises is required for your personal use.



Q: Can I cancel a flat and re purchase a flat under same builder

On 2015 i was booked a under construction flat.now this time flat was not complete.but aggrement period expiered.now i want to purchese a 80% complete flat from same builder.so how can i do by law system.what is the procedure.please suggest.i am helpless

First of hall you need to have a talk with the builder saying that as per the agreement you promise me to deliver the constructed flat by so and so time but has u failed to completed the said contract, I wqnt to cancel to that agreement and want to re-enter into new agreement in so and so flat which is been constructed up-to 80 percent.If he dines then you have to approach to court of law by asking to cancel the agreement enter by you and builder on failing to perform he part of contract .



Q: How to refrain boyfriend from physically abusing me?

My ex-boyfriend physically abused and verbally abused me in our relationship but I could never tell anyone for fear of the consequences. Physical abuse : He held my neck. Verbal abuse : He very often used extremely derogatory terms for a woman to hear and terrified me. How can I ask for a complete confession and declaring that he will refrain from verbal abuse against me.
