it is not possible now. The change of name in class 10th can be done only after 1 year of passing. you can although file a joinder along with gazette name change. but getting it changed in the class 10th marksheet is not possible

Q: Regarding rights and claims in property

Hi myself ankitaMy question is regarding rights in huf i have a property in Delhi which was purchased by my grandfather, my father contributed 24% in this property which is hence agreed by my aunts and have made a family settlement in past December on a simple paper can i take that ratio in land? Can i apply for my share in court? And does my 4 aunts have right in the property after marriage? My grandfather died in feb, 2001 and grandmother in feb 2002 and father in feb 2005 please let me know it's urgent

Hello Ankita, you will have the right in the property to the extent of your father's share. So if the property was purchased by your grand father and your father contributed to it then it must be shown in the sale deed else it will be considered as the property of your grandfather only. However in regard to family arrangement if the share has been agreed to you, you can claim that share. Who is in the possession of the property is also a point which needs to be considered. thank you

Q: Sex on pretext of marriage by a married man

I was involved in sex with a married man who did everything on pretext of staying together. I have proofs where he told me things are not working between him and his wife. There is nothing as such between him and his wife. Now he told me everything was a lie, he never love me. I have all the messages and call recording. He was also making plans to run away from the country.Could you please help me what all cases I can book against him.

it is a valid case of Rape. and the person involved can be booked under various sections of IPC including Rape, cheating. However it is upto you what relief you are looking for. it is difficult to have any pecuniary relief in this case means that you can not ask for money but he will be behind bars and will be punished under sections of IPC. To understand it better a detailed discussion is required though.

Q: Something Related To Mutual Divorce.

My wife and I got married 13 months ago and staying separately since last 12 months due to temperamental differences. There is only a separation of 12 months. Now we both have agreed to dissolved this marriage for a certain amount with a mutual consent. I have heard there will be two motions with a gap of 6 months. Is there any possibility that 6 month period can be waived off if separation is only 12 months. Also the marriage never got consummated. Will court consider that too and willing to give us any special consideration to dissolve marriage asap ?

hello, In many cases now the 6 months period is being waived off...depending on your case history and status. However it is pertinent to understand that during the proceedings also you have to make a strong case of temperamental difference which is generally not taken very kindly by the court. Also the marriage if not registered will have to be taken into consideration.

Q: change of name and it is a little complicated

Hello, I can help you with the change of name and its official publication. however it is to be noted that no name change is possible in cbse marksheet unless it is just spelling change and is applied within 1 year of publication of result. But in case of changes in the name officially, it can be done.
