Q: Fake allegations of theft on my 8 year old boy and my wife by group.

Few year ago a neighbour in our building imposed fake allegations of theft on my wife I asked husband but he didn't responded. After that I insisted my wife to not to entertain him. After that now three ladies and there husband making same fake allegations of theft on my 8 year old child and my wife. I asked them one by one but no one provided me any evidence they are telling different versions of theft. One of the husband also tried to flirt with my wife and there children spreading rumour.

Q: Probate of a will in case of immovable asset or movable asset

Explain in detail is there is requirement of any probate of a will in delhi if it is unregistered or registered and it's related to immovable property bearing a significant value . also tell about requirement of probate in other assets such as bank accounts or other movable assets

In case a Will is executed in Delhi and does not relate to any property situated within the aforesaid cities of Kolkata, Chennai or Mumbai, then such Will is not mandatorily required to be probated. If the deceased person's assets are solely movable property (e.g., bank accounts, securities, personal belongings), probate might not be necessary.

Q: Will retrieval and clarity on authenticity of notarized will.

The will left by my grandfather is notarized with witnesses. I have the copy of the notarized will. How can I get the certified copy?

Certified copy can be procured only if it was registered before the Sub Registrar by your grandfather. Since it is notorised you cannot get a certified copy. However, the Will duly signed by the testator and attested by two independent witnesses is legally valid Will as per law of India. For further advise you May seek consultation

For the late coming in office so HR gives 3 show cause notice and apologies and continue come on time but 17/04/2024 the HR gives mail me on termination.so kindly suggest which type of right to give compensation from the company and what the legal action doing on this case.
