My father has made a gift deed of undivided ancestral agricultural land in favour of my younger brother's son. I am an elder son and coparcener and made my own house in that land which is not converted into non agricultural land. Before this process of conversion started, the land was gifted. I filed a civil suit under the Hindu succession act but UPZA and revenue code section against me. What outcomes would come?
