Q: False FIR by wife and sister in law

I filed for divorce after 10 years marriage due to mental cruelty by wife. In counter she filed false FIR under IPC 498,307 and 377 at Agra. MLC is negative for false FIR. HC granted interim protection and referred to mediation centreNow few days back my wife connived with sister in law and got another false FIR regd IPC 498 ,307 and 376 at Firozabad. nnAim to extort money and blackmail. What should I do now ? Can I go for FIR quashing (Firozabad case) directly with HC as all allegations are false and previous matter is already in HC. i have witnesses too..only my wife is trying to be witness of alleged rape due to her evil plan to frame me.

Yes you can file a petition for quashing of the FIR in the HC. You have a strong case on merit and at this stage you should go for the quashing and take relief for yourself. Let me know if I can be of some help.

Q: false f.i.r. and chargesheet on a person

respected Sir/Ma'am , my name is vanshika , my father mr.Rajesh kumar srivastava has a younger brother mr.Rajeev srivastava. Sir the case is that mr.Rajeev srivastava had an argument with some government official so they lodged a F.I.R. against him but the name written in F.I.R. is of my father i.e. instead of lodging the F.I.R against rajeev they lodged it against rajesh.sir we have no contacts with my uncle rajeev from 14 years. My father mr.Rajesh is living away from 14 years from the house where my uncle mr.Rajeev srivastava lives.sir,we didn't knew about all these happenings and my uncle sent a copy of lodged F.I.R and chargesheet and in that all the places instead of having name of rajeev the name writeen is rajesh.i want your guidance regarding this case ,as what should we do now.Sir/Ma'am, your guidance will be great help for my father and me

You may file a petition for quashing of the charge sheet in the HC. You may get in touch with some lawyer at the earliest with all the documents. Also let us know if till date you have preferred any petition for bail or quashing of the FIR and in which city the FIR was filed

FIR ko quash karne ke liye article 226 ke andar HC me yachika daakhil karwayein.case majboot hai umeed hai ki relief mil jayega aapke bhai ko.kisi lawyer se contact kariye aur jald se jald muladma daakhil kariye hc mein

Q: What can I do if I don't want divorce

I had applied for divorce under 13b because ours was a court marriage by arya samaj mandir and in laws were not ready. Husband also being a coward back stepped at the end moment 2mediations are over and we have been given 14/7 as the date of verdict. I don't want to leave him like this plz suggest what could be done now

Hello,If you wish to withdraw your consent from the 13B petition then move an application for the same before the court and the court will allow your application and the petition under section 13b will be dismissed eventually Regards

The same depends on the facts of the cases. No straight jacket formula can be applied. Are you the accused or the co-accused. What all allegations have been leveled against you?Have you committed any crime before?Regards
