Sir maine ek aadmi ko apna hardware ka maal bheja tha full bill me aur usne mujhe pd ke 2 cheques diye the lekin wo fraud hai aur cheque b bounce ho gye hain ab mai apna paisa kese wasool kr skta hun plzzz koi advise dein....

You can file complaint u/S 138 N I Act. You should contact your local lawyer and get the complaint file with competent court after sending notice to accused . It will take some time but you will get your money definitely .

Q: Divorce after 6 years of marriage am ready to bear alimony

i looking for divorce from my wife, we are married since 6 years, we also have one son also. my wife is not ready to divorce and she is residing with my parents from last 3 years. i ready to bear alimony also still she doesn't allow to initiate anything. even my parents also not supporting the fact. Every time they visit my home and look for evidence to use against me in my absence. My wife has left the job by her own and now she resides in my parental home.

If your wife is living away from you for the last 2 year , you may file divorce petition. You have sufficient reason to get divorce you may file. It will take time but you may get relief from court if your ground are right.

sir mje ek friend se pese pane the .. ushne mje PDC check diya fir syad ushen stop payment laga diya .. ab m kya kar skta hu?

Dear queriest,No need to worry. You deposit the cheque in your bank and got it bounced then you can send him a notice to pay your money. If he failes to give your money within 15 days from the notice delivered, you may file the case under Sec 138 NI act.
