Q: Wants to file for divorce as marriage was done forcefully

Got married Nov 21 2017. Not happy compatible or no sexual satisfaction at all. He is fat not intelligent lacks physical activity n less salary than me. Does not listen to me N yelling always for family fights. Was forced into marriage by my mom. He is 28 I'm 24. He is Canada PR I'm still in India. I want a divorce. How to proceed.?

First you had filed domestic voilence case in your jurisdiction with maintenance application if the allow to maintenance then you had file divorce case With canditional divorce you and your hasband accepted.

Q: Cheque bounce case filed in consumer court against builder

i have nof not file a case under 138 of NIA due to time barred instaed I have filed case under consumer court aginst the builder is it maintainable

If you have completed two year for book the flat and registration the flat under two year then y have filed case in consumer forum otharwise you're don't not file Case in consumer forum. Have you completed two year then you can't file consumer forum.

Q: Husband claim alimony from wife in mutual divorce as wife is working

i have complete one year. I'm leaving with my parent since 5 month, my husband never provided me the money for my expenses due to that currently i'm working. 1. can my husband ask alimony from me as I m working as we are thinking of mutual divorce?? 2. Can I ask for alimony than also if i work from my husband??

By law it's not possible.by mutual consent means both are party agree by mutual application.and husband is working so court never grant alimony. You also demand alimony for filed dv case demand to maintenance ofter maintenance grant then you filed divorce cased and demand your according granted by court.
