I got married in January of 2019. Due to my wife's cruel behaviour and constant treats and disrespect from my in laws, I really want to end my marriage ASAP. What provision do we have under HMA by using which this one year waiting period can be terminated? Just to add on, I don't want a judicial separation. Plzz help.

Now I just want to give another chance to save the relationship but if my husband doesn't agree to live together then can I claim the maintenance since we are living apart nd the money spent on the marriage by my father?

yes you can abstain from appearing in second motion and then can claim maintenance from your husband. whether you live together or not doesn't affect your monthly maintenance right from your husband. By giving second chance you can analyse the situation.

Q: Absence for court hearing after recieving summon due to ill health

My scooty got stolen from Rohini so I filed a case in Prashant Vihar police station and later It was found therefore I had to file a superdari in Rohini court Everthing went great I attended all the court dates and after a few months I recieved a court summon for being a witness I went that day but the judge was on a leave, then after 2 months I recieved a summon again to be at the court on 30th of June however I was not able to go to the court due to ill health. Please guide me about what should I do about it? And also I would like to mention one thing That the scooty is in my grandfather's name who signed me a power of attorney because he is very old and cannot walk properly but still he and I both recieved a court summon. please someone guide me through I am very stressed.

No need to be stressed, you can now go to the court stating your genuine reasons for your non appearances. If power of attorney is in your name, you can appear on your grand father's behalf deposing with all relevant facts.
