Now I just want to give another chance to save the relationship but if my husband doesn't agree to live together then can I claim the maintenance since we are living apart nd the money spent on the marriage by my father?

Q: Absence for court hearing after recieving summon due to ill health

My scooty got stolen from Rohini so I filed a case in Prashant Vihar police station and later It was found therefore I had to file a superdari in Rohini court Everthing went great I attended all the court dates and after a few months I recieved a court summon for being a witness I went that day but the judge was on a leave, then after 2 months I recieved a summon again to be at the court on 30th of June however I was not able to go to the court due to ill health. Please guide me about what should I do about it? And also I would like to mention one thing That the scooty is in my grandfather's name who signed me a power of attorney because he is very old and cannot walk properly but still he and I both recieved a court summon. please someone guide me through I am very stressed.
