Q: COmplaint against movers and packers

I was transferred from Chandigarh to Gurgaon. I hired Agarwal best movers and packers to shift my house old stuff to Gurgaon. I paid them 61000 rs for shifting and 10,000 for insurance of 3.5lkh rs. My house old stuff got damaged on the way, now movers and packers are not ready to listen to me and they don't pick my phone. Please let me know what should i do as I tried calling movers and packers many times.

You can file a consumer complaint against them. Further i handled a similar case against the said company. They dont have authority to insure ur household itsms. They will have to refund your money for insurance. Further they will be liable to pay you for tge stuff they damaged. U can contact me for further guidance

Q: False 420 case in trial court, being harassed

I was working full time and was going to apply for a master's program abroad.At that time my colleague's mother asked how I was applying,asked me to help with her son's process too. I helped them get an offer letter and appointment at the vfs. After I went abroad, she called me and told me that the visa was refused and the college wasn't returning her money.As I was abroad, she asked for my help. On contacting the college, I was told that they hadn't received the necessary documents to process the refund. I communicated the same to her. They kept sending incomplete documents and in the meantime started making claims that there is no college from where they sought admission in and I have taken their money from the college. Their own person volunteered too. I backed out from the process. They gave 4 police complaints and we were found innocent in all 4 enquires. Now she has lodged a criminal case under sec 420 in the trial court. We have got bail, what to do

I am a boy of 27 years old born in 1992(HINDU).I met a woman born in 1982.We fell for eachother & had a relationship of 3 years.We also got physically intimate during this time.Then I got a job & moved to another state.We were not able to meet bcz of the distance,so we were having very rough conversation during that time and among them in one conversation her mom forcefully insisted me to come and meet.When I went to meet they created a very high pressure to get married.They didn't get ready to wait even for my parents and their permission or their presence & on 13th March 2013 they pushed me at that edge where I wasn't in the condition to resist as I was alone from my side.So we got married.But from that day to today we didn't live together.Even almost since 6 years we don't have any kind of physical relationship.We mutually filed for divorce in 2015 but she flipped her decision just at the last moment.Now when ever I call her for divorce she always threatens to commit suicide.Help

Q: Paid more than enough to academy ,not satisfied

I've paid ten thousand for 20 classes. the academy Didn't told me classes are over I called up front desk than I came to know classes are over. They try n complete syllabus in rush. No clarity of anything (specially management). I've given them one star on Google review now they replied utter nonsense to my review. Ended up writing on this site so that I can find the way.

Q: Mentally depressed by husband nd inlaws

I caught my husband taking am kind of powder form thing in small packet my inlaws knows everything about that.when I caught that powder packet from my husband .my inlaws start abusing me.my father in law say that he drink very much in his early age...but it mother in law never raise any kind of voice.so don't u dare to say anything about my son.husband locks his phone never show his phone...he take his phone even in washroom.his family always want me to stay silent against this.i m student nd I am very much depressed by al this behaviour of them.my husband always lie against anything....

First of all i would say all the sympathies are with you. Legally you have a right to get separated by a decree of divorce. As far as i can get from your query is that you can get a divorce on the ground of cruelty. You will be entitled to get maintenance from your husband. For further guidance contact me
