Q: Property will writing without consent of children to others

Can a will be written by a father without the consent of children to others?Can we challenge it via court? and is there any chance the children will get the property?

no one's permission is needed to execute a will and at the instance if any of the heirs or successors of the executant of the will desires to challenge the will, they can definitely challenge the will on certain grounds. however the sustainability of the challenge shall be according to the grounds those have taken

Q: Want a legal advice to the following

I had been working as a staff at petrol pump. There was a rush of customers and one of a customer argued with me as he had been waited for long time and he suddenly talk to me bad words and beated me and with a rush I also beated him back. After that he filed a case against me with attempt to murder. I was unaware of the seriousness of case as I was 19yr old that time. Adv who worked for left the case when it seems like he cannot take bail and it may lead to warrant.Dont know what to do.

you have to apply for bail and only thereafter, you will be set free for the time being. later, you can contest the case. no other options are left before you other than the mentioned. so if you were not arrested or surrendered before the police, you may apply for anticipatory bail

Q: Purchasing a land from another person whose gift deed is missing

I would like to purchase a property but the seller's gift deed is missing can I purchase the land using certified copy or is there any other solution for this problem. The person who have made the gift deed is not alive now

you have to enquire more about the party and you instruct the property owner to publish an announcement through advertisement in any local news paper stating that the land owner is intending to sell the property

Q: About college and affiliation and we need the refund of fees

Q,When we join our college our agency told us that college have all the affiliations like inc and knc but in the time being it is not there what is the legal move we can done ?Q,I have paid about 3 Laks as fees it's about 5 months that we joined this college but the college doesn't provide any facilities that mentioned in their officials sites ?What is the legal action that we can take?oru college is in Bangalore but our agency is in Kerala

you can file cheating case against the agency which was made false assurances as well as promises and thereby you could avail refund of amount collected from you by the college. It's a clear case of cheating

Q: Request for detail on property partition

Hello. Our family has a land and house which is owned by my father. 3 years back, my father passed away and he has not drafted any will. The ownership of the house and land is still under his name. We had extended the existing house and the expenses were shared by me, my sister and my mother. 80% of the total expense was bourn by me. My sister is married but divorced and is living with us with her daughter. I would like to know my options regarding property partition among me and my sister.
