Q: house owner harassment and not returning my advance deposit

Sir I am staying in Delhi Maidhan Garhi,My owner is harassing me, threatening now o vacate the room or else i have to pay next month rent.And he have tortured me so much For money before my exam suddenly increasing electricity bill, before exam months so i cant vacate, and use to threaten if i vacate he will not return my advance..He use to stop water supply to us, electricity disconnect as we bargain to reduce the rent in the lock don or else we will vacate, he didn't allowed us to vacate, agreed to reduce 300/- after that he use to start disconnect one by one each day... every time there use to be begging him not to disturb us, but he continue.. still so many are there what he did with us....having every proof with me Video and Audio recording with , can u help me in getting my advance , i i will get then only i can travel to my city. i am from Andhra Pradesh. please help me ou

You can file a suit for recovery with damages under the Civil Procedural Code. You need to get your transaction history in order to make the claim effective. without the transaction history and if the money is paid in cash then you will need to show your bank entries around the payment details.

I want to marry with my boyfriend. We both are 18 years old. Is our marriage is possible or not?

Yes, the answer to this question lies in the Prohibition of child Marriage Act.In our sovereign the age for young women to get married is 18 whereas the age for men to get married is 21 years. Both these dates are valid as per the records available with the Municipal Corporation body. If after marriage the age of such men and women is not legally valid the said marriage would be considered void.Also heavy penalties would be imposed as such people to the said marriage would be subjected to the Juvenile Justice Act, 2000 since it will be deemed as a crime. The penalty could be a simple fine or dissolution of marriage through a court order.

Q: Minor has proof of adultery by mother valid proof for divorce

if I have screenshots talking about my mothers affair and adultery can it be taken into consideration and used during a divorce? if yes and if divorce is taken into consideration does a minor get to pick the parent they want to live with?

Yes. If you get the court to believe that any adulterous reationship exists. You can provide it during your evidence and thereafter help yourself chose a parents. Also the court will consider the same.

Q: Procedure to take divorce and who will have the custody of children

I m married since 8 years have 2 kids ..my husband mentally torturing me as I m house wife every time he use to say go out of house having abusing language physical torture etc n saying he will take kids.on which basis I can take divorce.how much time it will take n who will have children

Q: What to do when summon issued through bailable warrant

Hi Lawyers Court issued a summon to my wife for appearing n producing evidence etc in mobile theft case. We got our mobile back from court after we raised a FIR. On summon date we went to court but judge was on leave and we were asked by the reader, policemen n state advocate to go back to home as judge is on leave. We accordingly did the same. Now court has issued a order stayed that pw be summoned through bailable warrant in the sum of 5000/- and surety in like amount for date.

It represents a single order passed by the presiding officer of the court when he or she being the accused doesn't appear before his court on more than 3 consecutive dates. One would require a lawyer in such a case.
