Q: Procedure for implementation of order for custody of child by court

Dear Sir/Madam, I’m from a Christian background married a Malaysian Hindu girl and the marriage was solemnised in india and not registered in Malaysia.I have a 3 years old daughter who was born in India.My wife’s father has taken my daughter to Malaysia without my knowledge and consent.My daughter travelled in a tourist visa and it’s already expired and staying there without visa. I have filed a Habeas corpus petition and got the court order to bring back my daughter to india but till date they didn’t come.What’s the next step I must take? Please guide me and help me to bring back my child.Thanks in advance.

You have taken prudent steps to bring your baby to India but unfortunate that have not obeyed the order of the hon'ble court hence it is very easy to bring her back to India by filing a contempt petition where you have to make embassy also as one of the party, who has to implement the order of the court that's all good bye

Q: Can a divorce be file by husband in India being a US Citizen

Hello, I have a quick question. I live in US and both my husband and I are US citizens. When we married, we were Indian citizens and marriage was under Hindu Marriage Act. My husband went back to India. Can he file for a divorce in India? Can he serve it to my parents in India instead to me?

Hai good morning, and happy Diwali, you have asked 2 questions first one is whether he can file a divorce petition here or not, my ans is just yes because you marriage solamnized in idian he can file it now in India as per Act the 2nd question is issuing summons to parents can be acceptable by court or not it's discretionary power of the court, but that will not sustain in appeal, good get me soon

Q: H4 dependant visa and divorce in india

Hi, I am female, married and applied for divorce in India. Now I am in India and had a h4 dependant visa, it got expired few days back. The person i am married to is not co-operating with the divorce even though he had all the faults like beating and torturing me. As my visa expired I cannot travel to usa to make him sign the documents, he won't answer my calls and lease interested in divorce. I has been two years since I applied for divorce. He renewed his visa and refusing to come to India for further divorce discussion. I cannot live with him. please suggest an option to bring him back to India, so that I can get justice and divorce.

dear mam, it is not easy to bring him here without criminal activities , it is needless his co-operation for divorce even you can get divorce, with out his co-operation I cannot live with him. please suggest an option to bring him back to India, so that I can get justice and divorce.there are many shortcuts to bring him to India if needed contact those thinks can not be described herein public

Q: Husband impotent inlaws torchering how to get divorce

3months back got married, in-law torturing,dominating me n creating issues unnecessarily b/w me n husband..He is not having relationship with me, n he black mailed me to don't disclose abt this to both families..he is telling that he doesn't have interest in sex n having urine infection problem..like this he is dragging..n She is forcing me to do job n earn more, otherwise y we should marry u ..Like this she is torturing..I couldn't live peacefully with all these nonsense.i want divorce along with marriage expenses 8lacs wat we spent..Is it possible?

my boyfriend cheated me , I am a Hindu girl n my guy is Muslim we are in relationship from past 7years , from past 8 months he strated to behave rude with me...n last few days before he came not said tat he z getting married with other girl...who seen from his parents, he misused me in many ways...he forced me to take personal loan almost 3 loans near to 5laks n used in sexualy and promised me many time he is gng to marry me...in any cost n he ll be part of me n close the personal loan and ...all of sudden he very rude ..abused me in may way...even his sister n friends know about my relationship..even he created bad impression on me with there sisters n friends....

Yes, you had been 7 years and 8 months that is enough to call as couples even you are eligible for maintenance as supreme court say, and he can't escape even though he is a Muslim because he has committed offense u/s 376, 417, 420 of IPC.
