A testator is a person who makes a will for his property to be disposed of according to the conditions mentioned in the will after the death of the testator. A beneficiary can of a will can act as a witness to the will but it is suggested that beneficiary should not act as a testator. If a beneficiary acts as a witness in a will then the validity of the will can be challenged.
