Where registered Will valid or do I have to probate it

20-Feb-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My grand father left a will in my grandmothers favor and died in 1984. My grand mother left a registered will in favor of my father and fathers brother, Grand mother expired in 2003, father expire in 2012 and uncle expired in 2015. Is registered will valid or do i have to probate it Or can i probate it. Is it mandatory to probate the registered will.?

In order to enforce the WILL you need to probate it....Since the WILL IS registered yes it must be probated ..... if its not contested its shall take less time....

As per your quarry i would like to aver that we can file a probate case on the basis of execution of Will and we can also file a civil suit in the competent court for declaration of Title of said property. In your case it is my advice to file a probate case before the competent Court.
