MY FATHER DIED IN 2004. HE HAD TWO SONS AND A DAUGHTER. HE HAD MADE A WILL AND GIVEN ME, ONE OF THE SONS, A HOUSE BY WAY OF THE WILL. I HAVE THE PROBATE FOR THIS PROPERTY. NOW I WANT TO MAKE A WILL MYSELF AND I WANT TO GIVE THIS HOUSE TO EITHER MY SON OR MY WIFE. CAN I DO THAT ?
