What action can i take against my son for creating false will.

I am muslim lady ,aged about 60 yrs. After my husband's demise in 2012, my son has created false documents that my husband has made a oral will and given all the property to my daughter in law. And now my son is troubling me to vacate the property. I have filed an FIR against my son and his wife. I have 2 married daughters and my son is troubling them also unnecessarily. After my husband's demise i had changed the khata in my name. My son has now changed the khata, electricity bill on his name and he has also created a false will and gift deed. And my son is now torturing me to vacate the house. I do not have any other place to go. Please tell me what to do next and what is the legal procedure to get back my property and the khata transfered back on my name. Please reply. Eagerly waiting for your advice.
