Rights of grandson in grandfather's property

My MIL is the only daughter. my MIL grand father made a WILL and MIL father got property through WIll . mother-in-laws father expired iin 1994 inestate. and mother in 2005. how will the property get divided. My Mother-in-law is a widow and has two daughters and one son. As my husband being the Grandson has right over property ? Pl reply

Yes your husband reserves the right to claim his share in the said property. However, if your husband's father died before the 2005 amendment of Hindu Succession Act, then your sister-in-laws can not claim their right over the said property.
