Right to know the will of my deceased father

18-May-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
WE ARE THREE BROTHERS LIVING WITH MOTHER. AFTER THE DEATH OF MY FATHER IN 2014, MY MOTHER REFUSED TO SHOW ME THE WILL MADE BY MY FATHER. OTHER 2 BROTHERS HAVE SEEN IT. IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I ALSO CAN SEE THE WILL.

Well if there is a will and if it is a registered will than u can get the copy from the registrar office under whose jurisdiction your house comes and if it not registered also than also as it is not mutually eccepted they will file probate of will so that if anyone has objection can come to court. So it's no point to be panic.

Yes, if the will is registered or probated you can get a copy of the will as a right. To find out if a copy of the will is available or not, it is advisable you contact a lawyer who could support you to get it.
