Not received money as per the Will made by my father

Sir, My oldest brother has the certified money which belongs to me, willed by my father. Its has been 8 years and he isn't giving it to me. The older brother is with him. They don't want me to stay here. And my oldest brother has hid the will. What shall I do now?
You can send legal notice to the person who is in custody of the will to release the will from his custody. You can get the probate issued from the court of the will and get your share in the property of your father as mentioned in the will.
