Need compensation from dharmic nyas samiti, patna

My father was mahanth ram Jivan das, who died in 1991. N left my mom with 3 sons n 4 daughters. Dharmic nyas samiti took everything under ceiling, case no- 9/73-74. Now my mom need compensation.wt should we do
As the case is still pending in the court, the Hon'ble court will give its judgment regarding the issue. Also, if the said Mahant Ram Jivan Das, has provided his services as a trustee or chairman, he is entitled to the compensation/remuneration as well. Also, the belongings which the trust took out of the possession of his wife and family and if the same belongs to the MAhant Ram Jivan Das, then she can register a FIR against the Samiti for theft.
