My Real Aunty want donate her home to my sister

Dear sir/ Madam, My Aunty is almost near 70 she doesn't have child now she want donate her home to my sister name so tell me the process or shall we do Gift deed Agreement & what is process in simple way or Guide me if possible any simple way if you have any idea Need you suggestion .
You can ask your Aunt to transfer the property vested in the house to your sister, by way of a Gift deed that needs to be registered with the Registrar or local Magistrate, in the presence of two witnesses.
