My father has been give POA by village chairman to work on his behalf.

Sir/madam My father has been given the POA by the village chairman.My father is working to get railways compansation for the village, so he went to D. C office with all his documents to claim the compensation amount. But to his surprise The D. C did not agree to sign the papers . Please sir help us how to get the compensation. Your help would be appreciated. Laxmi.
In this case you can send them a legal notice seeking information and stating your demands and concerns, if they donot comply with the demands of the notice then you can also file an RTI seeking your query. However you can also write your demands to higher departmental and ministerial authorities.
