Mother wrote a Will in me and my brother's name cans sister claim

Sir I have a will of my mother who mention me and my brother name but my sis want to distribute equal is that possible
If your mother has executed a will in favour of you and your sister then you would be entitled to get as per the WIll. IT would be important here to mention that get the will registered and mutated as well. ONce the Will is executed he would be the owner of the property/belongings and no one else can claim it.
