HI
1) Section 57 and Section 213 of Indian succession act will be applicable to your query.
2) If all of the legal heirs agree to the contents of the WILL, then the WILL need not be probated in the court of law especially in state of andhra pradesh/Telangana.
3) However given that disputes generally arise once properties are allocated, it is better to abide by section 213 of Indian succession act so as to establish the Right's of the Legatee (the person who derives property through a will).
Hope this information is useful.
