Is it necessary to join all the trusties in a suit against the trust?

Is it necessary to join all the trusties in a suit against the public trust for declaration that the sale deed is bad, illegal and not binding on the plaintiff?
It depends upon the nature of the case, as to whether all the trustees of a trust are involved in the said matter, i.e. knowingly or unknowingly committed a mistake during their course of duty. If the matter involves all the trustees and the said trust itself and the matter is regarding any transaction/activity of the said trust then youc an include all the trustees otherwise not.
