How to undertake Land transfer to siblings ?

our Ancestral property is in my dads name , we want a will to be done in which we want us 3 siblings to be included in the new will what are the procedures to be done ?
Instead of applying for will, your father can apply for partition in registrar's office or tehsildar's office proving the family tree certificate along with the said application for partition.
