How to prove Will is forged in the court of law

My grandfather relinquished/bequeathed by way of “registered will” in my name(grandson).One of the son of my grandfather have played fraud with all his brothers by including his name in d mutation of said house by producing an unregistered forged will without any witness.He has also filed a suit 4 partition wherein he again presented another will(third) which is also unregistered & having 2 witnesses.But during cross exam he confessed & agreed abt d authencity of will presented in municipal corp 4 mutation.Its on record. How to proof fakeness of will.plz advice n i need to discuss more on this
A Will without witnesses is itself invalid and he has admitted his fraud in cross examination the same goes out. Regarding the Will which bears signatures of attesting witnesses you can examin them at length with all relevant facts and circumstances to prove that they are deposing falsely.suit for partition on the basis of fake Will ought to be dismissed as the Will itself is under challenge. However I need to examine your all cases and particularly all Wills propounded in the matter.you may discuss for legal advice and help if so desire through this site.
