How to make wasiyat nama against criminal son

My son has taken to criminal activities and I want to disown him through proper legal way. How can I disown him. Also how to make a Will or wasiyat nama against my son?
You can disown him by giving public notice in a newspaper. Wherein it should be clearly mentioned that your said son will not inherit any right interest and share in all your property in present and in future after your demise. Further you shall not be liable for any acts deeds misdeeds of your son including financial and criminal deal .
You can make a Will bequeath ingredients your properties in favour of anyone debarring your said son.
